THE POWER OF THE SMILE
They must have taught us from a young age and constantly repeated the phrase "When you feel good, you are doing well" because that is really the biggest secret for a happy, abundant and easy life. Feeling good is synonymous with allowing the current of well-being to flow through us and keep us vibrating with the good, with what we want, so that in this way happiness and our desires are easily manifested in our lives, giving rise to lifestyle that we all want, a life full of ease, abundance and prosperity.
There are people who tell me that it is very difficult to feel good when they are surrounded by situations that make them feel bad. My first answer is always that although these situations exist and are real, it is also true that there are simultaneously other types of situations that would make you feel good. The secret is to choose to focus on them and try to keep your thoughts there. That is what should always be done, think about what we are living that makes us feel good. However, some people find it difficult, have many resistances and remain "hooked" with what makes them feel bad. For them I have a wonderful joker, the smile.
The smile has the ability to tell your mind that things are fine. When I smile my vibration rises and there is a sense of well-being in my body that allows me to enter higher vibrational fields, where I can change my focus and start paying attention to the good things that happen to me instead of the unpleasant ones
No matter the adversities that are making an appearance in your life. A smile can give you the strength to keep going, to motivate you when everything urges you not to get out of bed. It is the best medicine you can give to yourself and also to others.
The smile is a gateway to well-being, to health, to interpersonal relationships and especially to the relationship with yourself. The smile has magical powers.
Many conversations with people we do not know begin with a smile exchange. The smile is the perfect bridge for communication. This is also a part of magic, another part is the feeling of well-being that causes a smile, as is its importance in moments of accompaniment of another person who does not go through good times.
The smile has many more effects, such as projecting a more secure image of who offers it and increasing self-confidence. It is optimism and joy, it helps us to establish social bonds and to maintain them. It is, therefore, a very powerful weapon.
Giving smiles is something effective that we can do to disconnect from the routine. It brings out the negativity of the problems and changes the point of view to face the day to day. It's like changing the poles from negative to positive, and it does not require any effort.
If you dare to give smiles in your daily life you will see that the results are infallible and really magical, you will soon realize that the smile is an engine of good emotions and that it spreads the good weather around you.
There are tasks that positive psychology uses to encourage the habit of smiling, you can do things like sticking pictures of smiles in your home in places like mirrors where you see yourself every day, or you can have pictures of the people you love smiling and stick them in your office or in a visible place or a little smiley card that you can keep in mind so you do not forget to smile.
It is recommended by experts that smiling three minutes a day timed in front of a mirror as a routine, will generate a habit of joy.
Remember that as Gandhi said, the attitude you give to life is the same as life will return you, if you smile in the mirror, the mirror will return the smile.
Learn to smile, get used to being smiling.
