My Journey

in #my-life5 years ago (edited)

Hello, everyone, today I want to talk about my journey. I was born in Ecuador in march so my life is one of adventure at least it was for me. Having come to the states when I was four years old was hard but rewarding. I struggled through school making only three close friends through my elementary and high school years. Having come home from school was difficult for me as well because of the fact that I lost my father when I was six years old.
Then, when I was in my twenties I learned about bitcoin and thought of all the things I could do. The possibilities were endless so that is why I am here to make a post about where I am now.

A couple suggestions to support what Newbie Resteem has just said:

  1. You may want to think about creating an "Introduce Yourself" post. You do this by basically creating a post saying hello to the Steem community. Talk about your life as you have done in this post and what type of things you are hoping to do on the Steem block chain, your interests, and just bits and bobs about yourself. Add some pictures and the like.
  2. The use of tags is important. You have five tags you can use. In this post you used three. Tags are the subjects you put your material under as you did at the bottom of this post. If you do an introduce yourself post your tags are best placed in the following order:
    introducemyself introduceyourself steem writing steemit

By doing this it will ensure your post appears in peoples feed. Otherwise people who would vote on your content won't be able to find it as a lot of people look for newcomers under tags rather than scrolling through the never ending new material being published on the block chain. If you need a help with anything then don't hesitate to reach out.

thankyou, I will use this in my next post.

Hi. I'm a curator who runs @newbieresteem. We are a group of volunteers who help newcomers to Steemit by promoting their content and provide advice to help people achieve success. We are not automated and it's all real human eyes reading the stuff we resteem. I enjoyed your post but here are some pointers to help you out and ensure you start getting engagement with your material:

  1. An image header. Sometimes an image or picture at the top of your posts helps to catch peoples eye when they are scrolling through looking for content to read. Usually something that relates to what you are writing about works best but it can be whatever you feel suits best.
  2. You write really well and sincerely so maybe a couple more paragraphs. Most folks look for something not to long and not to short to engage with. You definitely show you can write engagingly so give it a go. It's sort of like figuring out a Goldilocks zone of sorts. Not to long but not to short. Creators who figure this out and get it down pat and post consistently tend to do really well on Steem.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. If we don't respond immediately it just means we don't have anyone infront of their computers but we will certainly get back to you. Keep on Steeming. :)

thankyou very much for your input in my posts I greatly appreciate it.
