It's so ironic that as a country who has gotten independent for 57 years we are yet to be able to treat ourselves that our president has to be fly abroad for treatment.
It even got to the point that we were mock. CNN mocks us over Buhari absence from office
BBC was not let out in the mockery, they said why does our presidebt has to go abroad for treatment when common people are dying.
The level if our stupidity in Nigeria is getting worse as the day goes by.
Imagine people celebrating and killing animals for his return.
To make it worst, Buhari could not even tender a letter or speech of apology.

It seems a lot of Africans Doctors head west where they can make more money. It is kind of tragic. It would be great if there were a government program to subsidize doctors in exchange for a period of service.
That is true, it all falls on our leaders. Our leaders have no trust in their health system because they know that they have done nothing positive to improve it. All these are happening because they do not care for the masses, they all have affluence and wealth to travel abroad for medical treatment and we are left at the mercy of God
