#Ulog Day 20(July 21, 2018)=My simple healthy diet food

As we grow older, we should watch what we intake because "health is wealth". While cooking the snack of the baby, I see 1 slice of carrots and cucumber in a fridge. I sliced it again into thin strips so that it will be more yummy to our eyes because I believed that nice presentation of food makes us more hungry.

I considered these healthy food because of no carbohydrates only meat and veggies which is carrots that is known to us as an anti oxidant, good for our heart, for healthy teeth and gums, treat our wound, it can improve brain health or cognitive function and good also for better digestion. While cucumber is good to us to stay hydrated, support heart function, protect our brain from neurological disease, protect our skin from aging, reduce sign og halitosis and protect our skeletal system.
