Hello kids and Parents!
Today I am going to participate in another Steemit engagement Challenge, season #11, Week #5 contest which is organized by Steem kids and parents Community and the theme for this week is about the importance of recreational activities in the lives of parents and children.

What do you understand by recreation, include it's forms?
Recreational activities are those activities in which mostly humans do to refresh their mood and to go away from the regular routine. So let’s see if there is someone working a wonderful computer, the whole day they can chill after a while by taking a break for a while and going outside the room. You may have seen many offices of ping-pong tables, some have so many summer activities and that is the address to help the employees refresh themselves, so they don’t get bored or they don’t feel depressed.
Recreational activities can be many types like it. I said in the previous paragraph you can play some games you can you only listen to songs you can watch a movie or anything that you like you can write you can read a book you can just said on your roof top, watch birds and anything that is different from your regular work.
There are many forms of recreational activities like playing games inside the house. There are many games, which we can play inside a house , and yet there are many activities that you can do from outside the house like going on a picnic or going on a walk or playing games like football, tennis or basketball. There are many other sports that one can play so I would say that on many types of recreational activities.
What type of recreational activities have you enjoyed (state 3 of them)
There are many activities that I enjoy and that help me recreate my mind and body. Mostly I enjoy integration activities and some of my favourite that I usually do are:
Painting:
printing is one of my favourite recreational activities because when I’ve been I totally become cut off from the rest of the world and I enter a new one of my mind where I can do whatever I want really away from any stress and tension of my life. I always prefer painting as one of the best recreational activities you can do at home alone or with your loved ones.
Crafting:
As I am one of those creative persons who do creative activities and enjoy making useful things out of waste. Crafting is also one of my favourite location and ability is when I make something out of scratch It really motivates me and it gives me a sense of achievement because then I believe that I can do something and make something useful using my own creativity that’s what a person want to when and they are completely disappointed and bored from the world.
Walk:
One of the other recreational activities that I do is going out for a walk. It is blue and it exercise and work decreases your stress and help you in coming out from any kind of depression and stress and I think work is also one of the best way to reduce your stress and also come out of your daily bored routine and make you happy because when you look outside you’ll see different things around you enjoy the nature and the beauty Around you.
Why are recreational activities important for kids and parents?
Importance For Kids
Recreational activities are important for kids, because if you tell them to study all the time they may do it for a few days, but then there will be a time when they will feel poor. They will feel fed up and anyone can get bored with the same routine easily, so if you give them small breaks between the studies, or even in general life, if you give them small breaks and tell them to do some something recreational there are many games which are specifically designed for kids which are creative, and which can help them use their mind and entertain as well.
Sorry that I said if you don’t give the kids attention and don’t involve them in recreational activities they might lose focus they might get bored and don’t want to study or do the regular things and it’s important to teach the kids that life is not just about one thing, plus recreational activities, helps them grow their thinking
Importance For Parents
Recreating activities are very important for fear and say they said that applies on board parents and kids but for parents, it’s really important because they have a lot of responsibilities and most of the time it’s the same thing again and again every day they need a break and there should be a bridge They don’t take a break they will fade off from their routine plus they need a replacement set they’re fresh they can do other creative things with their kids. They can make the grooming process better so I believe that it is important for parents as it’s for kids to be involved in the recreational activities.
Where do you enjoy your recreational activities most?
All the recreational activities that I do to make my mood change and refresh my mind are all indoor so ultimately I enjoy doing them at home. Home is a place peaceful and away from any kind of distraction, mostly on the roof of my house where I sit alone and do all those activities that I enjoy the most.
So my favourite place where I enjoy the creation activities the most is my home because we will know that there’s no place more peaceful and where we feel comfortable the most so that’s why I enjoy all the recreational activities at home mostly when I am with my family and those activities that you perform together help us in recreation and make us feel relaxed.
Who do you enjoy having recreational activities with?
Most of the time I enjoy recreational activities with my family because when you do such activities together that help you in making your time more productive and also releases your stress faster because you are with the people whom you love the most and that’s why when you do recreational activities with them you also feel really relaxed and help you in recreation.
