Anglo Euro Energy Offers Energy Investment in Aceh

Banda Aceh - President Director of PT. Anglo Euro Energi Indonesia, Alan Yong Lau offers investment to the Government of Aceh in the field of energy such as the development of Arun Lhokseumawe Special Economic Zone, Gas Power Plant, Geothermal and Hydro Energy.

The offer was submitted by Alan in his meeting with the Governor of Aceh, Irwandi Yusuf, Assistant for Economic and Development Affairs, Taqwallah, Head of OneElection Office of One Stop Services of Aceh, Aulia Sofyan and other related officials in the Governor's meeting room on Friday (18/05/05) 2018).

"We have submitted a proposal to the Ministry of Finance related to investment in KEK Arun Lhokseumawe, what we ask includes investment in all facilities in Arun Lhokseumawe," said Alan.

In the field of energy says Alan, they are interested in investing for the development of gas, geothermal and Hydro power plants.

"We will see which one is the most suitable and quick to do in Aceh," Alan said.

Furthermore, Anglo Euro Energy's approach is different from other companies, where every project they focus on the social impacts that society will feel.

Meanwhile, Aceh Governor Irwandi Yusuf said Aceh not only has natural resources but also has marine resources and tourism industry.

Investors said Irwandi can invest not only in the energy sector but also in the field of tourism industry, fisheries and so forth. For further energy Irwandi, several investments have been made such as geothermal energy in Sabang, Geunong Geurudong by Hitay Energy, and Seulawah by Pertamina.

"We really welcome the investment offer from Anglo Euro Energu, and we will immediately follow up and see the same opportunities that can be done," said Irwandi.

Irwandi asked the Department of Investment and Integrated Services One Door Aceh to form a team and discussed the steps that need to be done to establish cooperation with Anglo Euro Energi.
