What is rain?
Rain is a type of fluid, which attracts gravity from the sky to the surface of the earth. Water vapor condenses in the atmosphere of the Earth causing clouds. If these drops are heavy enough to fall on the earth's surface - that is why they say rain.

Negative charge and positive charge are created due to breakage of water in the thunderstorm. There is a positive charge with the negative charge clouds - if there is a different cloud collision, then electricity is flashing. Lightning can also flash from the same cloud. But there is a negatively charged on the ground. So if the cloud having positive charge approaches the ground or near the surface, thunderstorm is created. This bridges are also harmful for nature and also lead to casualties.
