Crayfish is one of the best thing we put in our meal to make it tasty, without it our food can't be tasty. Crayfish does a lot of things to human body and if you are in the kitchen you will no what crayfish does in the body. It is well known that crayfish can be put in any dish we prepare to bring the taste of the food.
Some mother's do pound or grind the crayfish to put in a baby food why because to make the baby healthy and to also make the food tasty. Crayfish does a lot of great things in human body therefore it is classified under "body building"(protein).
Crayfish has a lot of nutrient in it which gives good quality in human body. For instance if you cook without crayfish the food or meal will not have taste though is not all types of food the add crayfish to.
Benefit of crayfish to human body
It gives nutrients in the body: When we eat crayfish it adds nutrient to our body such as it gives us vitamin and build our body tissues.
It makes our bones stronger: When we eat crayfish it makes our body stronger in which it gives us more calcium and magnesium in the body.
It enhance healthy skin: When we eat crayfish because of the fatty in it it makes our skin glowing and shinning.
Improves the health
Another thing crayfish helps to do is to improve the health because it contains a lot of nutrient in it. Therefore crayfish can be dried or can be cooked(fresh).
