Cynthia was one of the best students in her class during her secondary school days. Right from when she was growing was was known to be a very smart girl all she wanted in life was to become a doctor. Cynthia is very ambitious in making her dream come true, but the problem was that her background as her parents weren't financially buoyant enough to further her education, so she would earn up and become a doctor.

Cynthia engaged herself in several menial jobs so she could save money for her education. A year after her secondary school, she gained admission into the university but couldn't go because of the finances that were involved. Knowing how expensive it was, she still didn't have up. Instead, she left school and went hustling for money.

Whatever money Cynthia has saved, she would end up using it for her parent's health. Her parent's health matters so much for her. One day, when Cynthia was hawking Orange in her street, one of her classmates came across her and told her about a state scholarship program. Hearing about the scholarship program, Cynthia quickly went home, did some research about the scholarship program, and applied for it using the money she had saved from her orange business.

Luckily for Cynthia, she got the scholarship to study her dream course, medicine and surgery, in one of the best schools in the United States of America (USA), which she would be graduating next year.
