My Role Model

My role model is Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala GCON. She is a Nigerian by birth, and she is also a renowned economist who has been serving as the director general of the World Trade Organisation since 2021. She was once a minister in Nigeria during her ministerial position, she used her office to improve Nigeria's economy, which led to her appointment as the director general of the World Trade Organisation.

As it stands right now, my role model, whose name is Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, is the first woman to lead the World Trade Organization as a director general. She has held the position for more than four years now as I write this post about her.

She has served on a board of directors in standard chartered Bankz and served in the creation of the Mandela Institute for Development Studies, Georgetown Institute for Women, and several other organizations and departments. One good thing that I like about her, which I take her as my role model, is her way of life, how dedicated she is to achieving success, and how she is usually considered in her work.

The woman is a very quiet and easygoing woman who loves giving a listening ear to whatever issues that is brought before her. I just naturally loved her lifestyle and everything about her which I am praying to achieve world recognition like the way she has achieved.
