I present Upata, the Yocoima Village because in the past it was inhabited by the Yocoima Indians.
It is a fresh town where its inhabitants are up to date, the women are elegant in their dress as well as the gentlemen.
It is located in the Piar Municipality of Bolivar State and the center of commerce and state entities, is located around the San Antonio Church.

Its climate is cold and its main source of work is livestock, the sale of milk, cheese and a very famous cheese recognized in Europe thanks to Venezuelan immigration around the world: Telita cheese.
Also the catalinas that are made with wheat flour, paprika and spices.

Most of the houses are made of mud and caña brava, but cement and blocks have now been added.
They have large windows and long corridors.
