One of the great uses of Buddhism in psychotherapeutic practice is its ability to detect and become aware of negative thoughts and emotions that surround our daily balance.

The badly managed anger, the one that takes control of our mind and makes us just pop out is useless. What's more, all these negative and anger-filled emotions always turn around. In the end, we hurt ourselves and even lose the people we love the most.
