Actually, i barely get headaches and i never eat saridon, crocine, etc. I believe it’s because I drink enough water. I’ve often been commented on my clearer skin even though i am not so fair perso n

How about "uisce beatha" (water of life) Poteen as its known, renowned for its curative properties in small doses , deadly in large doses, water is likely a better bet no doubt !
