Cavs hang on for a win-win
David Richard, USA Today Sports
LeBron James just put a cherry on top of his February sundae. He notched his 12th triple-double of the season, compiling 31 points, 12 rebounds, and 11 assists, giving him an average of a triple-double for the entire month of February. That was not the most impressive stat that came from his night, though. With his 11 assists, he became the only player in NBA history to have over 30,000 points, 8,000 rebounds, and 8,000 assists for their career. That is such an amazing milestone, proving what an incredible all-around basketball player LeBron is.
Brooklyn came in as one of the league's worst teams, so the fact that they challenged the Cavs is worrisome. Cleveland did enough down the stretch to hold them off, highlighted by some brilliant defensive plays by George Hill and Larry Nance, Jr. Rodney Hood had a great game, scoring the ball, and playing solid defense all around.

The win not only helps the Cavs in the obvious, record-wise, it also worsens Brooklyn's record. This is important because Clevland owns the Nets' first-round draft pick for this year, so the more losses they have, the better that pick can be.
I might have to watch a game as your comentry is so good.
