“Believe in yourself, and the rest will fall into place. Have faith in your own abilities, work hard, and there is nothing you cannot accomplish.”— Brad Henry

Don't forget to BELIEVE in YOURSELF!

......

In general I would consider myself a fairly positive person and I always try to look at things with a positive perspective however- I do have my days, where hopelessness seems to get its nasty little grip on me... it doesn't normally last long though as I have learnt to hush that little voice of doubt.

What needs to be understood is that no matter how strong-minded, positive or optimistic you are - there are sometimes going to be days or perhaps even just passing moments when you question yourself, your choices, your abilities and so forth. There is purpose for this...

It affords us perspective! It is like attending a regular board meeting with yourself to ensure that you are still on the right track - and once you have had the “chat” of silence with that little voice of uncertainty and revived your belief in yourself then you can once again begin to move forward even more assertively.

Life is a process of putting one foot in front of the other each and every day, no matter how small the step or the amount of time between steps. Just continue to reassure yourself as you go…

Nothing else matters!

Just keep on, keeping on!

Thank you for this, stay awesome forever!

Thank you for this good motivation in this morning

The introduction looks like that I had spoken about it. Generally speaking I toodont bother about anything thinking what would happen, or like oh..it happened so - then what to do. Spoiling the day looking at one problem. No use at all for it.

There is a reason for whatever happening in our life, though at times there is every chance that we think in such a way that we could avoid it. But once it happened then the better way is not to be disappointed or to get frightened or for being sadon it, but face it in a positive way looking forward to resolve or address it in the best possible way.

As you said, there are bad times and the method you used to overcome it really makes a great sense..haha, board meeting. Quite apt and suitable. what I usually do in such situation that, immediately after those few minutes of frustration, disappointment after knowing the issue that matters, I does a threadbare dissection "Why it happened or what was the possible reasons for this and then find out the best possible method to solve it-sometimes on a step by step method. If requird I used to fix a time frame for each issues. And the best part for me is that I relax and never tries to think about those issues. In your words the successful completion of Board meeting with minutes send to the concerned location of body such as mind, brain or heart haha. Then it is complete relaxation...

Thank you for this post, Hope it may helpful for many.

Yes, believe in yourself even when nothing works. Unfortunately, I can't.
I like positive and optimistic people ... when they are based on something, not when they want to lie to themselves.
