Gratitude, Patience and Prayers...
This more of an "apology and thanks" combined than it is an actual post. It has been an incredibly emotionally draining week with the loss of such a dear friend that I held very close to my heart and then yesterday, discovering that my eldest brother in London had been rushed to the intensive care unit because he had lost consciousness due to fluid and swelling on the brain. Our entire family has pretty much been awake all night waiting for updates and information on his state of health and facing some incredibly critical points.
My focus has completely derailed with all of the above. I have not been able to think straight through it all and my heart is so very heavy at the moment.
I just wanted to firstly say sorry to all of you that have been engaging with me and my content over this last week. I have not disregarded you, forgotten about your efforts or your displays of appreciation and I will get back to each and every one of you - but I just have not been in the right head space to do so, so I am sorry for that.
I also just wanted to say thank you to those closest to me and especially within our Power House Creatives server the enormous showering of love and concern in this past week. I don't know how I would have gotten through this far without all of you.
I have not had the inclination to cook and was in desperate need for a bit of a distraction and escape as well as something to eat, because I have not done much of that lately either. So took a moment to escape to a little place filled with love and magic... and a little bit of magic was exactly what I needed today.
Here's hoping that the next 24 hours shows some positive changes in my brothers condition... don't know how much more of this emotional turmoil I can cope with.

Agreed with the others, an apology is not needed as you have many of us backing you Jaynie. Times are indeed tough for you at the moment and I hope that your brother will make a full recovery. Take it easy on yourself and I am sure that things will work out eventually. They always do.
