Yesterday, I visited my aunt in her unique and loving home. This is his beautiful house, made of wood and here the beauty of the place can be seen. Although it does not have outdoor gardens but you can see the beauty of it. This house, it was completed in just a month and I was already amazed by it.

When I visited yesterday, I see that they were busy with their various chores and preparing for the house blessing. There is cooking and cleaning the house.

A variety of meals were prepared for the houseblessing and to be fed to the guests. After a while, the church member arrived to lead the blessing of the house. Also included are invited guests and friends and relatives.


While not yet holding a house Blessing, there was a conversation with each other. Whatever was said and laughed before. After a few minutes of conversation, we started the house blessings.
We light a candle to serve as light and lighting to make living at home peaceful and to ignite feeling and love in the home.

The entire house is blessed including the comfort room, living room, kitchen, balcony and the outside and back of the home. I felt the spirit and joy of those who lived in this house. And it is our Catholic tradition that when the house is new or finished and can be inhabited, we are blessed to live there. And this is the performance of the house blessing.

It is very unique house and I always wish that I will make like this house fo myself.
