Students Give Recipes How to Make Nugget Fish Tongkol to Citizens

Nugget is one of the favored foods by many people, ranging from children to adults. The taste is tasty, the texture is soft inside and crunchy on the outside, making nugget as an idol food, recipe how to make a tuna nugget very easy.

Student of Real Work Lecture (KKN) University of Malikussaleh (Unimal) North Aceh, giving skill how to make nugget of tuna to the people in Paya Village, Tanah Luas Subdistrict, Regency of North Aceh, Thursday 19 April 2018.

"This is one of our work programs during the KKN duty in the village, this time we provide skills to the residents how to make nugget swordfish and the making of jam made from coconut meat," said Chairman of KKN Group 59 Ilham.

In addition, continued Ilham, also made the making of coconut-based syrup from the previous jam processing.

"We see this as a great opportunity to do business, and it is quite promising, it can be applied by mothers to be an additional business, because when they (the community) are not in the cultivation period, it can also be done side activities such as producing similar things to generate income needs everyday, "said Ilham.
