Sometimes you watch something and it touches your soul deep. Yeah, real deep with a burning cool that keeps you up and coming back for more.

Cowboy Bebop is early 2000's anime at it's finest. Featuring four of the most colorful cool cats in the galaxy there's no stop to the action. But it's not all explosions and kung fu. Things get deep, yeah. So deep that it cuts you like a knife and you wonder whether you'll ever be the same.

Spike Spiegal, Faye Valentine, Jet Black, Ed, and of course, Ein, hit the stars in search of that one bounty to rule them all. But tough luck abounds in the rough and tumble galaxy, and each one finds their past coming for its due.

If you're looking for something in that late night sipping a whisky mood, this anime won't disappoint. And keep your ears on the soundtrack, it's the best one this side of the galaxy. If the somber tones of a serious episode leave your head hurting, we can talk about it over prairie oysters the next morning. 'Till then,
