Over the years it has been observed and proven that keeping phones in this 5 places below ain't good at all, they are;

  1. Close to your face.
    Keeping your phone close to your face isn't such a good idea. You can easily transfer bacteria from and to your Phone if you keep your phone always close to your phone. You could get acne or other skin diseases. It is advised to use ear piece while making calls in order to avoid your phone from being too close to your face.

  2. In your bra.
    Women do this a whole lot. Mostly women who are going to the market or women who sells in the market. This is so wrong. You could be exposing yourself to higher risk of breast cancer of you always put your phone in your bra.

  3. In your bed.
    This is another wrong thing to do. Putting your phone close to you while you sleep, on your bed or under your pillow is not advisable at all and should be highly prohibited. The LED light from phone screens can disrupt melatonin production and circadian rhythms, hurting your sleep quality. Sometimes you phone could be so hot and it will directly affect you most especially when put under your pillow. This is a great threat to your life.

  4. Keeping your phone plugged in.
    The hit up from your phone when fully charged is indeed a big threat to both your battery itself and yourself too.
