My Participation In Wokout-Challenge 4 - Squat Jumps

Hello guys, i here by present to you my participation in our 4th workout-challenge - jumping squat as instructed by instructor 01 -

Jumping squat - Beginners guide

Jump squats has proven to be an intensive and advanced form of squat. It works the following muscles groups effectively.
Lower abs, glutes, and leg muscles

The benefits of squat jumps

squat jumps help to shed and burn fat on your lower body.

It gives you a well toned legs, butts and abs muscles.

It improves your strength and enhances your mobility and balance.

As one of the cardio exercises, jump squats improves health by reducing the risk of heart disease, obesity, diabetes and hypertension.

How i practiced

I Stood straight with my feet, shoulder-wide apart. I joined my palms together as i kept my hands in an L form with my fingers pointing forward. I maintained a proud chest, and chin up as i look straight ahead

I bent my knees, extended my buttocks back as i assumed a sitting position, while preventing my lower back from curving.

I jumped up. I brought down my hands down to engender force.

I squatted down as soon as i landed gently on the floor. I maintained the take off position throughout each set. I did 10 reps of 10 sets.

I felt the impact on my abs, glutes, quads and hamstrings. My balance improves as well.
