How i practiced
I bent my knees, extended my buttocks back as i assumed a sitting position, while preventing my lower back from curving.
I jumped up. I brought down my hands down to engender force.
I squatted down as soon as i landed gently on the floor. I maintained the take off position throughout each set. I did 10 reps of 10 sets.
I felt the impact on my abs, glutes, quads and hamstrings. My balance improves as well.
