It is true, Jesus is God’s risen sun, the light of our world and he will deliver us from darkness when he returns tomorrow at about 4:45 am for me. The bible is all true just not true in the way the Roman Church and associated sects would have you believe it is. Not to belittle Christians, I do have enormous respect for people who do not believe they were created simply to work, shop and watch Jeremy Kyle but I do take issue with the idea that all you need to do to be ‘saved’ is believe that god sent his only son to be nailed to a bit of wood and this somehow absolved humanity of their sins. It just doesn’t cut it for me, that’s all.
That when a person reaches enlightenment they're given a "crown." Yet, that person becomes compelled to share the experience with others. Then that person profanes that crown as"accepting money" for sharing this with others. Have you ever considered this?
This is a truth, it is God's word, indeed the journey never begins except salvation is in, salvation is a paramount.... The journey of a believer begins with accepting Jesus as the personal lord and Savior...... Thanks for this wonderful post. God bless you
But what about the stuff Jesus actually said though? I would have thought Jesus would have put a bit of stock in the stuff he actually said people should do/not do? Why do none of the Jesus churches preach and follow his actual word? If it were just about believing Jesus died for our sins it would have been a much shorter book but it turns out he actually had a lot of rules, I’m actually thinking of writing to the Arch Bishop of Canterbury it seems as though there have been some serious oversights.
That is an awesome Video, I love how he starts with the Romans Road to Salvation, and keeps it simple. Becuase Salvation is simple, people are the ones who make it hard.
