The Coinapult exchange, based in Panama, announced through digital media and social networks a new service in Colombia, which will undoubtedly boost transactions in that South American country. The company achieved an integration that allows the inhabitants of Colombia to buy bitcoins in 300 terminals of the Punto Pago National Payments System in that country.
This ATM system, which was born in 2009, has been used by people for the payment of cell phones, television and Internet; but from now on, users can also use these terminals to buy Bitcoin. For this, they need only one email address and Colombian pesos. This makes the process of buying Bitcoin much easier, a process similar to recharging the balance of a cell phone.
The cashier shows the Bitcoin price in pesos and, after completing the transaction, prints a receipt. The bitcoins are sent directly to the user's email.
