Hi, friends I'm hoping all is okay with you. By God's grace, I'm doing well too. Today, I have brought a recipe that is loved by everyone, young and old. No one does not like crispy and spicy potato chips. Today, I will share with you how to make crispy and spicy potato chips with just a few ingredients. Let's start with the basic recipe for making potato chips without further ado.
Ingredients:
3 potatoes
2 tablespoons of flour
1 tablespoon of cornflour
1 tablespoon of rice powder
1 teaspoon of garlic paste
1 teaspoon of chili powder
Salt as needed
Cooking Method:
1st step:
To make potato chips, I took three medium-sized potatoes. I peeled the potatoes very well.
2nd step:
I peeled and carefully cut the potatoes.
Step 3:
Take a large pot of water and add 1 teaspoon of salt to it. The sliced potatoes for the chips should then be soaked in salt water for half an hour.
Step 4:
After 30 minutes, the chips will become soft. Remove the potatoes from the salt water and place them on a tissue. Then press the tissue again from above and dry the potato water.
Step 5:
The potatoes have become soft enough to soak in salt water. Now take a long toothpick and stick the potatoes in the desired shape on the toothpick stick. Similarly, stick the chips on three sticks and get them ready.
Step 6:
Now, I will make the dough for the cod. Using a mixing bowl, I combined two teaspoons of flour, one tablespoon of cornflour, one teaspoon of garlic paste, chili powder, and salt.
Step 7:
I made the coddled dough by combining the flour and a small amount of water, then thoroughly stirring with a spoon.
Step 8:
I coddled the sticks prepared for the potato chips well with the flour dough. Then I shook the sticks gently and drained the excess dough.
Step 9:
To heat the oil, I placed a pan on the burner. The chips sticks were dropped into the oil when it was medium-hot.
Step 10:
I flipped the sticks well from side to side and fried them until brown. When the chips became brown and crispy, I drained the oil and took them out.
Step 11:
I served the crispy and spicy potato chips with tomato sauce. These chips are spicy and crispy, and they taste great with tomato sauce.
