"Recipe of the Day, Week No. 92: (Roast Chicken Recipe)"

I hope all my chef friends are well and healthy. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am also well. I invite all my chef friends to my another recipe blog. Today I will share with you a delicious Roasted shrimp recipe in the Contest: Recipe of the Day. Week No.92 competition organized by @mariami mam in the Steemit Iron Chef community.

🫕Cooking Process 🫕
Step 1:
- Today I will cook a different recipe for roasted chicken. So I took some almonds and cashews to make a paste. I took cashews and almonds in a blender jar and blended them with a little water to make a paste.

Step 2:
- I put a pan on the stove, heat the oil in the pan and add two pieces of cinnamon, 4-5 white cardamoms, 3 black cardamoms and two bay leaves. Stir the oil for a few seconds and when the spices start to release their beautiful flavor, add the chopped onion. Then stir the chopped onion in the oil and fry it.

Step 3:
- After browning the onions, I added the ginger paste and garlic paste, then sautéed for some time until the raw smell of the spices disappeared.

Step 4:
- At this stage, I added 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 2 teaspoons chili powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 tablespoon meat masala, and salt to taste. Then I mixed the spices with a little water and ground them. I added the almond paste and then ground everything very well.

Step 5:
- When the oil starts to float to the top of the spice mixture, you will know that the spices are done. At this stage, the cleaned and washed meat should be mixed with the spices and stirred well. Then, the meat should be cooked on medium heat.

Step 6:
- Once the meat is well-ground, I add 1 cup of hot water to cook the meat. Adding hot water maintains the flavor of the meat. So I added hot water to the chicken to double the flavor of the meat. Then I cook it on medium heat with the lid closed until the broth thickens.

Step 7:
- Cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally so that it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pot. When the meat is cooked and the broth thickens, turn off the heat. Now the chicken meat bhuna recipe is ready to serve.

🍛Final presentation🍛
- I served the roasted chicken after letting it simmer for some time. The spices will blend with the meat, great for serving with hot rice, pulao or biryani.
