SLC29-W4 | Fast Food Recipe : Fried Chicken Recipe.
I invite all my Steemit friends to the fourth week of the Fast Food Recipe competition of The Steemit Challenge Season 29. In the fourth week of the competition, we will be making a delicious Fried Chicken Recipe. Without further ado, let's get to the recipe. Thank you to @selina1 for organizing this great competition.

I have listed the ingredients required for the chicken fried recipe below.

🍗Making Process 🍗
Step 1:
For the chicken fried recipe, I took 500 grams of boneless chicken. I lightly chopped the chicken pieces with a knife so that the spices could penetrate the chicken. Then, in a mixing bowl, I soaked the chicken pieces in water, salt, and vinegar for some time. After thirty minutes, I washed the chicken pieces in clean water and drained the water.

Step 2:
At this stage, I took the chicken pieces in a mixing bowl, added ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, chili powder, salt, garam masala powder, tomato sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice to the chicken pieces. Once all the ingredients were added, I mixed the chicken pieces well with the spices with my hands. Then I marinated the chicken pieces for 1 hour for better results.

Step 3:
To coat the chicken pieces, I made a flour mixture by mixing 2 cups of flour with a little salt, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, and half a teaspoon of cumin powder, and stirring well.

Step 4;
After marinating the chicken pieces for 1 hour, I prepared them for coating. To coat the chicken pieces, I mixed water, flour, and marinated chicken pieces in a bowl.
Step 5:
I took a piece of marinated chicken and first coated it in flour, lifted it out of the flour and dipped it in water, lifted it out of the water and coated it in flour again, shaking off the remaining flour. Similarly, I coated all the marinated chicken in flour and kept it in a bowl. Then I heated oil in a pan on the stove to fry the chicken pieces. I dropped the chicken pieces in the hot oil.

Step 6:
Fry the chicken pieces on medium heat until well cooked from the inside. Fry the chicken pieces until brown and drain the oil. Place the chicken pieces on a tissue paper to absorb the excess oil.

Final Step:
I served the fried chicken with fried potatoes and tomato sauce. They are crispy and delicious to eat, and the taste of the fried chicken is doubled when you dip it in tomato sauce.
✅ 2. Do you think homemade fried chicken is healthier than buying it from outside? Why?
☞ Yes, homemade fried chicken is definitely healthier than store-bought fried chicken. There are several significant reasons for this. Extra salt, spices, and flavor enhancers are used in making store-bought fried chicken, which have harmful effects on the body. But instead of artificial flavor enhancers, ginger, garlic, yogurt, or spices are used to enhance the taste of homemade fried chicken.
Store-bought fried chicken uses the same oil repeatedly for frying, which can be avoided if you make it at home. Homemade fried chicken takes time to fry, which is well cooked both inside and outside, but in the case of outside, it is often not cooked properly due to the pressure of serving quickly, which is risky for the body. Homemade fried chicken is lighter, less oily, and also made with its own spice blend, so you can enjoy the taste of freshly fried chicken. Finally, it can be said that homemade fried chicken is healthier, which is not guaranteed in the case of store-bought fried chicken.
✅ 3. Are the effects of eating fried chicken regularly good or bad?
☞ Eating fried chicken regularly is certainly risky, although it is delicious to eat. There are several negative aspects of eating fried chicken regularly, such as; weight gain, heart disease, high blood pressure, digestive problems, etc. Eating fried chicken regularly is harmful to health, so it should be eaten occasionally, it is better not to make a habit of eating fried chicken often. It is better not to make a habit of eating fried chicken regularly, you have to make a habit of eating it occasionally, although there is no problem with chicken meat, the problem is that it is deep fried. Fried chicken should be enjoyed as a treat, then it will make us happy and keep us healthy.
