This time I want to introduce you to the preparation of an exquisite ¨boniato¨ sweet with chocolate, a recipe that we have been preparing in the family for several generations; The good thing about this recipe is that we use the ¨boniatos¨ from our own garden

What makes our "boniatos" special is that they are very healthy, in the family we are known for being "organic" farmers, we have not used any chemicals in any "process" since sowing until harvest. The intake of sweet potato is very healthy, it provides many benefits for our body, regular consumption can prevent many diseases. Our grandparents recommended eating several times a week for everything it does for our health.

There is no greater satisfaction than planting the vegetables that you will bring to your table to feed your family; The sowing of the ¨boniato¨ is satisfactory, it is a fruit that allows you to prepare many foods such as desserts; This time I want to show you how we do to prepare chocolate sweets with the ¨boniatos¨ from the garden.

To prepare this sweet we will need several ingredients

We begin by washing the ¨boniatos¨, once clean we are going to remove the shell, then cut into small pieces

We take the cut pieces of the sweet potato to place them in a pot, and bring it to the stove over high heat, we put it to boil until the fruits are soft to make a puree, then with the With the help of a strainer we filter the water, the boiled fruits are placed in a vols. to prepare the puree

Now is the time to prepare the caramel and the hot gelatin, in separate pots we put water, in one of them goes the sugar, and in the other the gelatin, over medium heat we begin to prepare

Now we are going to take the ¨vols¨ with the sweet potato puree and we are going to add the ¨vanilla¨, the ¨ caramel¨, the ¨jelly¨ ¨hot¨, then mix well with help of a "blender"

Once we have finished mixing, we separate a small portion into a smaller ¨vols¨

Now we take the small portion of the ¨boniato¨ shake and we are going to incorporate the ¨cacao¨ in ¨pow¨, then mix well

Finally it was time to put the shake inside the mold; We take the mold and add the ¨boniato "shake, we make a layer that covers the entire mold, then we add our chocolate shake covering the entire surface, we finish with another layer of the ¨boniato" shake. Ready, we have finished our sweet with chocolate made with ¨boniato¨ from the garden. Now we let cool
