The vast majority of my followers are people who are starting on the platform, so I have a great opportunity to convey that the comments being made are not being well viewed and cause much discomfort on the platform.

I ask you not to spend energy in these things, do not invest time in the absurd, just focus on your work and you will see how things change, do not do the work that another does, because you do well doing those things, maybe you do not have the Followers who like the work of another, do not criticize the work of another, focus your efforts on yours and see improvements in results.

For this I have prepared a reflection, this reflection is inspired by the fable "The assembly of tools" a beautiful fable that speaks of a disputes of the tools of a carpentry, after a great fight each one warns his aptitudes, a beautiful story That starts well.

In a small village on the side of the mountains a small village was built, in an old carpentry filled with tools, one day a dispute between a "hammer, a screw and a piece of sandpaper" was unleashed.

In common agreement they held a meeting, it was not long before they discussed again, it was impossible to get one of them to be the mediator of the dispute, apparently everything was given to be the "hammer" mediator, but the other two They opposed.

The hammer had the bad reputation of being a kicker, for this reason they ruled out the mediator, then thought of the "screw" to be assessed their condition they gave up.

The "screw" could do nothing if it were not with the help of a screwdriver, so it was discarded that he was the mediator of the talk, by discarding should be the "sandpaper" the other two did not agree because it was a Person who only touched it, it hurt by its ferrous surface.

On that day the tools learned a lesson.
