We use herbs and spices in our daily life without really even truly knowing how powerful and beneficial they are. Most of us just know that the herbs and spices are used just to give our food some taste. Then there are people, I think most of us that know the herbs and spices are actually beneficial for our overall health but don't quite dig dipper into the health benefits.

This spice that I am sharing with you today is one of the tastiest and warmest spices in the world and that is CINNAMON.
I think we all love the smell and the taste of Cinnamon, but most of us never really knew about the amazing benefits it has on our overall health.

Cinnamon grows on trees, called the Cinnamonum Tree, where it gets its unique color, flavor, and smell comes from the oily part of the tree.
The bark of the Cinnamonum Tree is where all the health benefits come from.

Good info! There is also lot's of scientific research done on cinnamon. Here is an example from the US medical library https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4003790/
