Walking Through This Trench Of
Price And Demand
Increase In The Cost Of What Was Supplied
One Barrel Was All I Asked
To Swap With My Dollars

Watching The Rising Sun
With The Strength Of All My Sum
It Was A Feeling To Leap
Never To Slip
To Cozie And Cruise
And Also To Reap

Life Is Vast
Even With Our Zest
We Tried Our Best
Even Though We Can't Reach The Crest
We Will Live To See The Next

Despite The Heck
All Hands On Deck
Be It Crude Or Kernel Oil
The Bills Must Be Paid
Since Life Is Vast
We Must Rise To The Top
To Exceed Our Debts

Even As The Rise In Price
For One Commodity
Seems To Appreciate
While The Commodity
Has Chosen To Depreciate
Is A Baffling Trend Within Our Society
Due To Negligence In Our Administration
This Is Known As Inflation

In Commensuration
To Permit A Level Of Equilibrium
In This State Of Pendulum
Between Inflation And Deflation
The Demand And Supply Must Be Equal
With Modalities In Check

Walking To The Station
With My Dollars
For One Barrel
There Has Been An Inflation
For One Barrel
Finally I Have Slipped Into This Trench
With Increase In Price For One Barrel.
