2. Becoming better than everyone else: You need to be better in everything , or in every market, you just need to be better in one aspect of your business and in one market.
3. Finding enough customers: Big companies that sell to broad markets don't usually have to worry about finding customers. their only problem is getting the product ready for their customers but a small company may find it difficult in finding potential customers in a cost effective manner.

Motivating customers to action: You have the right products, the right market, and several features that make you better than your competitors now you want them to buy your product and remain on it . But that is not the case. they are bombarded with thousands of messages. And there are hundreds of products that they cold buy. You still need something to do that will actually motivate them to action.
5. Communicate on a regular basis: Once you know how to motivate your customers , you have to communicate with them often enough to get then to action.
