Sketch of the Day – Eagle Eye

As I mentioned in yesterday’s post, I have managed to make few sketches last night, and I am going to share the second drawing with all of you. The focus is still on the eyes... As you all know, or maybe not, that I love sketching eyes, all type of eyes, kinda obsessed with them because you can do so much creativity with it (you can refer to my old posts if you are interested).

Today's theme: Eagle Eye. As usual, a rather simple drawing as well, I used an A4 Sketch Paper, Faber-Castell 6B and 8B and an eraser. The 6B is to draw all the fine lines to represent the feathers, 8B is to the darker shades, as you can see. It looks like an unfinished work, but it was done that way intentionally, so you can focus on the 2 main area, the eye and the beak. Let's just say it's one of the presentation style.

大家好，我又来了。昨天的文章有提到我已经完成了几幅画，今天想与大家分享另外一幅。这幅还是关于眼睛，可是不是人的，而是老鹰的眼睛。我一路来都对眼睛有特别的喜好，不管是任何种类，它们可以让你有很大的想象空间，任你自由发挥（大家如有兴趣可看看我之前的几篇有关眼睛的文章）。

今天的主题是：鹰眼。这次也是个简单的画法，用的材料是 A4 素描纸，Faber-Castell 6B 和 8B 铅笔和橡胶擦。6B铅笔是用于素描比较细腻的线条，这可带出老鹰的羽毛，8B铅笔用于素描整幅画的黑暗，深浅光线。你们可能会觉得这画好像还没完成，其实那是故意的，目的是想把注意力放在眼睛与喙上。这可说是一种作画的表现手法。
