Need to write rather than listen teacher's explanation

Teaching and learning process can't be separated from some activities such to listen, speak, read and write. In some condition, to listen what teachers explain is not enough to make the material explanation exist for long time, but rather than that, to write what teacher explain on note book is needed. When the students write and forget the material, they can re-open and re-read about what has been discussed on class.
As a teacher, I always give the time or the opportunity for the students to write some keys of material that feel hard to remember, at pre-while-and post activity of teaching and learning process.

A wisdom word that I found and still I remember about the important of writing is "Knowledge is like a game while the pen is the binding. So, tie your prey with a strong rope. "

The portion of writing is different from any levels of education, the students at elementary school have more time to write that the students from Junior high school.
