Greetings my wonderful steemian,
I'm here by presenting my project as directed by the community admin @cryptocannon
On content etiquette.
Here, I will be writing an article based on plagiarism and why its very important to source any copied work if you aren't the main creator.

WHAT IS PLAGIARISM ?

From my Understanding ,Plagiarism is an offense.
I can say plagiarism simply means taking advantage of one's Work, by copying the data and also presenting your self as the rightful owner and creator of the particular work .

According to University of Oxford :

Plagiarism is presenting someone else’s work or ideas as your own, with or without their consent, by incorporating it into your work without full acknowledgement.

UNDERSTANDING PLAGIARISM .

Moreover, I have realized that plagiarism is not just for fun, or to help share or make someone else's work go viral as many people thought.

Under the guidelines for assessments, purposeful or careless counterfeiting or plagiarism is a disciplinary offense."

CITEING THE SOURCE .
In taking another person's work without his insight, you should glue the source underneath, to see the value in crafted by the proprietor of the source.
this happens to be the best approach, if one must copy another person's work.
At least to show gratitude and appreciation to the creator, for doing a very good job.

How to cite a source. :
These is how you can cite the source of any Work you copied , by using this html tags.

Then the word "source" will become clickable and redirect your readers to the main cite.

Because I know it's not my project.
Just as the owner of that site mentioned the author of the quote.

On plagiarism, we have understood the reason for sourcing articles on steemit.
