#ULOG19: COOKING CHICKEN ADOBO
Hello Steemians,
Today, I'm cooking adobo for our lunch. Adobo is a famous filipino dish in the Philippines.
Ingredients:
Garlic cloves
Soy sauce
Vinegar
Brown sugar
Whole pepper corn
Bay leaf
Chicken chop in pcs.
Procedure:
- Marinated the adobe with soy sauce.
- Pour the marinated chicken in the pot together with crushed garlic, bayleaf and whole pepper corn.
- Add a little water and cover.
- After 15 mins. Add the brown sugar.
- Then mix thoroughly.
- Add the vinegar and then cover.
- Dont mix when you put the vinegar because it will affect the taste.
8.Let it simmer for about 20 mins.
Then bwooollaaaa..its Adobo..
