ULOG 18 : Early Out
A BPO company is known to be very busy and stressful especially if you get irate customers hahahaha. Well at BPO we also do have moments of avail and luckily this is the avail season.
I work as a chat support and unlike phone, I don't get to hear the foul words from customers who you are just really trying to help. Basically my job is not really stressful and it's not so toxic and most importantly, I get to talk, laugh and curse at times when needed because I just have to type.
When it is avail, the moderators will allow some supports to go on an early out since there aren't much customers on queue. Though we aren't paid for the hours left when we leave early, we usually take the offer because it doesn't happen quite often. And of course, this time we took the offer to go out early and guess what we did.... Of course, like we always do.... EAT!!!!
We went to Silogan ni Gian with the whole team and savored the moment of being able to go out early hahahaha.
Most of the time I order the SisigSilog because the sisig at this restaurant is just really the best.
Christmas season is coming and it is expected that the queue will spike up. We might be getting opportunities to go out early as of now but we know that we might be asked to over-time as well for the coming season. So for now, we just really have to enjoy the opportunity to chit chat more, put some make up more ( yes we put make-ups while chatting), eat more ( we also hide some snacks getting into operations coz it's not allowed) , and daydream more while there are no customers on the other end.
