Although it is not always possible to give the recipes, many times I can't be active due to busyness, so after a long time, today I am back in this community with a delicious recipe .


So today I am sharing a recipe. Today I am sharing a Gourd Vegetable ,Poppy seeds with Shrimp Curry recipe and I will show step-by-step each process of cooking this recipe and provide photos of each step if necessary.

The ingredients I need to cook this curry.


Gourd green vegetableThere are five parts to soft and young data
Shrimp100 gram
Ginger garlic paste1tsp
Coriander powder¼ tsp
Red Chili Powder½ tsp
Turmeric powder¼ tsp
Cumin¼ tsp
Salt½ tsp
Mustard1tsp
Poppy Seeds1tsp
Onion3
Green Chilli4 slice
Coriander leaveslittle
Salt½tsp
Cooking oil1½tbsp
Ginger garlic paste1tsp
Coriander powder½ tsp
Tomato1
Potatobig 1

To cook this, I will selectively wash the soft stem and leaves of the young part of the fresh gourd vegetable.
I will throw away the shells of the head from the shrimp fish and wash them well and paste some onions and green chilies together and mustard and poppy paste in the blender.

Now add oil to a pan and fry the onion in it and add the shrimp.

When the shrimp are fried a little, I will pour the pre-prepared spices and grind this spice mixture well in the oil.

In this I will add some water and add onion and green chili paste to it .Then grind it well in a mixture of spices with tomatoes,salt and potatoes to make the potato crunchy.

In this condition I will grind well with the cut vegetables .When the water dries up from the vegetable I will give the amount of water and give it a pre-made mustard and poppy paste .

Now after five to ten minutes of boiling, I'll squeeze a little cilantro and see the gas stove and serve it to eat .

Shrimp with vegetable poppy seeds curry are ready and this dish is so delicious and nutritious that this cold curry recipe will be great to eat with white rice this summer season.

This recipe is my favorite and my kids are very favorite so whenever I get fresh gourd greens, then make curries like this which are very beneficial for health . Hope you like our recipe try your way to cook like this and feed kids especially protein and fiber curry is beneficial for everyone.
