You've heard of Bitcoin Beach, but have you heard of Bitcoin Island?

There is bitcoin beach in El Salvador, but did you also know there is bitcoin island in the Philippines?

There are over 100 shops that accept bitcoin on the island.

I don't really like the idea of using bitcoin as a currency, but perhaps some day it will make sense.

When bitcoin was more stable, or everything was priced in satoshis it would make sense to use as a currency...

      Gotta start somewhere. I'm happy that they adopted it even if its extremally volatile. As long as there are users like us in this space, bitcoin will stay relevant in some way along with many other coins.
