Why Do People Underestimate Their Relevance In A Relational & Communal Setting?
Sometimes people often feel that their contribution is too small to make a difference and as a result of this they wait for others who they feel should have more significant contribution in a communal setting where individuals supposed to stand up and share their goals or contributions individually in order to bring up or raise a strong community achievements and laurels.
The truth is, even a little hole can sink a gigantic ship and if a person can be a solution to that little hole then it means their contribution must have been necessary towards upholding or salvaging a ship that could have sunk. Do you see why the smallest of contribution you can make the biggest of impact? In this video I talk about why we must not ignore communal goals just because we feel our contributions are too small to make a direct impact

Thanks for watching
I agree. People can make a difference. There are many factors that play into their lack of participation. Self-esteem, apathy, selfishness, distractions in their own lives, intimidation, fear. Yet, we feel better when we chose to participate. Thanks.
You're definitely right my friend, we choose to participate and this should generally make us feel relevant and also important. Thank you for watching
Great points you make. And I love the analogy of the small hole in ship. Really good my friend
