The Picture Process, Why I Edit My Pictures Lightly

in GEMS4 years ago

Hello there guys, today I decided to upload a series of selfies I took. I use the app Snapseed to edit my pictures and since I already use Google cam to take my pictures I usually use Snapseed to increase things like the HDR, the ambience, the contrast and add a little vignette to it. Truth is I like portrait mode in my Google camera because it helps me concentrate on the picture when editing.

Truth is, I'm not really a heavy editor but I like my picture to look crisp and clear with the colours of my skin not taken away. The camera of the redmi note 8 lacks colours and the noise is bad. The front camera is average and the back camera is quite decent but maybe I'm saying this simply because I've used a superior Samsung galaxy A51 before buying the redmi I'm currently using.

Irrespective, this images are just lightly edited and you wouldn't really see any difference with it and the original pictures except the colours are more crisp and there's HDR added to it. I'm a sucker for Camera and I love anything photography and when crypto in general begins to do well, I'll buy series of camera to really do the kinda photography I want. In Nigeria photography is hardly considered a serious means of income and this is because the country is strict when it comes to giving freedom to young photographers to express their abilities.

However it is, these pictures are lightly edited. Recently I started using my images to theme my blog posts rather than downloading images and this has made me take more pictures nowadays and this is why I stress the importance of a well placed or quality camera in a mobile phone. So here you have it guys. Weekend selfies.
