Living in the right moment.

Lately, I do not know if I'm getting old, or because people trust me to tell me things, or simply because I'm seeing life in a different way, but I've heard a lot:

"Why did not it happen to me before?"

And it is a phrase that invites reflection, to many leads to go to the past, seeing it with the experience of the present, projecting itself to the future and saying: "if it happens again I know what I am going to do" .. .

And yes, we can "foresee" some things that could happen, but I am sure that at that moment we will not react as we are thinking now in the present, because simply life is like that.

"Life is all memories, except for the present moment that happens so fast that it is difficult to capture it." - Tennessee Williams "

In what has been lived so far, and it is not many years either, I can affirm that everything learned helps us at some point in life for something, that every day new tools are obtained as long as we are open to learn them, to to see them and to assume them, that even from the bad one can get something good.

It is very clear to me that what happens, even if we wish with all our strength that it would have happened to us before, will never be like this, because it has already happened, and we must focus on the present, live it, since that is the only thing we really have as time:
The present..

So you do not have to martyr yourself with that: >> * because it has not happened before, why did not I know it before, why did it not occur to me before? * Since it will not do any good. *

Instead, let's not lose our present by living in the past, and enjoy today, the person or people with whom we are, the activity we do, since it is the only real thing, the now.

Until a next installment.
