It's now times ta get caught-up on our "Silver Contest"! 'Att's right, we've got our own silver contest an' have fer some times! Let's take a look at how the competition is stackin' -up:

Silver Contest Rules:
“I will make this offer, a stoatin' standin' offer! For every Up-Vote or Reply that I might receive from the followers "Silver Cycles", I will donate one penny ($0.01) into the silver contest fund for buying silver for the crew! That's right! One penny for every Up-Vote or Reply! And, as soon as the pot is large enough to buy an ounce of silver, I will award that winning ounce to the most active crewman (the one that Up-Votes and Replies to the blog the most and so forth). But that's not all, I'm also going to award a half ounce of silver to the 2nd place winner and a quarter ounce of silver to the third place winner! That's right! I'm going all-in for you mates, and I do believe in "passing it forward" and such!
Absolute anonymity is of course respected. Hard work has a value, it has a worth. I believe that. We will make quite a holiday out of this, posting a running balance of our contest pot and of course the top ten most active crewmen each week!"

Addendums and so forth:
Article 1: All contributions must be an Up-Vote or a Reply.
Article 2: First Place Prize - 1 full ounce of silver - (Current cost: $15.86, plus $1.75 for margin, plus $2.50 for shipping, for a grand total of $20.11).
Second Place winner will recieve 1/2 oonce of silver.
Third Place winner will recieve 1/4 ounce of silver.
(All silver will be shipped out when the First Place winner is announced.)
Article 3: Whomever wins First Place in the current round must sit-out the next contest in fairness and gracious demeaner and so forth.
Article 4: The price of silver is subject to change, due to market fluctuation and pirates and such.
