Clarification. Dear followers of this contest, I apologize for the delay in presenting the new edition of the invertebrate animal contest.
The end of the year, due to family celebrations, and the beginning of 2026, with the events that occurred in my country, have kept me away from Steemit, but I am now catching up.

Season 2 Theme - Week 7:
INSECTS and OTHER INVERTEBRATES 🐜🦋🕷️

We're returning to a favorite topic: the fascinating world of INSECTS and OTHER INVERTEBRATES. From the busiest bee to the most patient spider, and including snails, worms, and millipedes, all are welcome!

Go out into your garden, explore a park, or venture along a trail. Look for those little creatures that keep our world running!

How to Participate: Simple Steps!

We want to make it easy for everyone. Follow these rules for your post!

✅ Weekly Theme: Only INSECTS or OTHER INVERTEBRATES.
✅ One Subject per Post: Each post must be about only one type of insect or invertebrate.
✅ Quality Photos (Maximum 7): Upload up to 7 excellent photos. Your post MUST include:
- 📸 A photo of the subject in its natural environment (its habitat).
- 📸 A full-body photo (medium shot).
- 📸 A close-up photo to see the details.
✅ Detailed Description (Minimum 300 words): Tell us all about your discovery:
- Names: Full common and scientific name of the creature.
- Its Life: Its life: Tell us details about where it lives (habitat) and how it behaves. Is it alive or dead? etc.
- Your Experience: How the photo shoot went. We're not just looking for pretty pictures. We want you to tell us your story: What did you see? Where did you see it? What did you learn?
✅ Sources: Very important! Cite your references.
✅ Map Coordinates: Vital! Your photos must have GPS enabled. Include the exact coordinates of your observation in the post. These are key for our CCS Biodiversity Map!
✅ [Optional]: iNaturalist.org: If you already have a profile, share your observation there too! (It's not mandatory, but it helps science).
