ATTENTION: First Ever Withdraw To Bittrex

in #bitcoin7 years ago

Today , I have made a big decision . For the first time ever , I have made a transfer to bittrex of 520 Steem that I obtained in the last 2 months on this platform . This will be the first time I will use BTC to possibly buy into other crypto currencies . I am a newbie at this , does anyone have any advice on what to purchase ? I know 520 doesn't seem like a lot , but this is my first big goal reached ever since I have been unemployed . This has given me the chance to pick myself back up.

It was the first time I've used Blocktrades , it was a great experience and I am learning along the way . Thank you guys for helping me get this far and see the positives from even the biggest negatives ! Any advice will help now ! Cheers 🍻

I like Lite Coin, NEM and Bitcoin. Usually when ever I have any extra cash I buy one of those 3. I predict Litecoin can reach over $1000 per coin in the next few years according to the size of the current Market Cap and Total Coins. I also think that NEM can go to $10 per coin minimum if it continues to develop its technology and Bitcoin I think in 100's of thousands in the next few years.

Yes that would be in long term investment , since this is my first transaction , I'm looking for a small term to try out . I was thinking either Bitcoin , Bitcoin cash or Eth , they all have potential

yes right bitcoin cash litecoin ripple potencial to go i think according to my research

Farwa, you mentioned you were a newbie with other currencies. If you need help you have my number. I pulled around 82 k off of currency this year. I dont claim to be a pro but I know a few things 500 is a good amount to start with , dont be a stranger if you need help.

Thank you so much , going to try it out a little bit then get into recommendations, currently few little in BTC to get a hold of the way to do it . You're the best :D

Ive had a lot of luck surprisingly with bitcoin cash, bytecoin, dogecoin (bought several it was equalled to around 2 and a half Megadoge, ) then it rose and i sold it and held on to about 108k doge. Ripple i initially put 290.00 into and withdrew 80.00 usd worth and the day i did it it shot up so i kept the rest but lately the altcoins havent moved up as much as they were with bitcoin like the beginning of the year if you spread your portfolio out big with multi coins that have proven to not fall down they pay out well long term. If you are doing it to make a quick buck then pick 3 or 4 your comfortable with and monitor them buy hold and press. Like i said feel free to reach out ill gladly lend you a hand the 31st is almost here.

I tried our Bitcoin cash yesterday , just to test it out . Made quick $20 but this is just the start . I'm going to expirment before I get into the big deal with big amounts . And you remember :D yes the 31 is coming up :) I'll definitely reach out once I need more help

I'm liking Bitcoin, bitcoin cash and etherium! I must say though I really like Steem too.

Is it seem to be true that is bitcoin goes up , BItcoin cash goes down , and vise versa , from your observations

It's still too early in the game to tell, Bitcoin cash could suprise us all!

Agreed , thanks for the input :)

Put most of the money into the big names for a solid investment long-term.

If you'd like a cheap alt-coin that has a lot of potential, look into AMP(bittrex/polo, I prefer bittrex). I also have a few articles I've written on them.

Other solid investments are OMG and PAY.

I'm going to look into OMG and PAY , I was thinking to invest into the top 10 cryptocurrencies but I'm gonna look into something different as well. Don't wanna loose it all

personally i would only go with the top 10 cryptos. Don't go into anything that is too new or sketchy. when you get rich, then you can mess around. But not now.

I was possibly thinking the same thing after reading so many different articles . More towards BCC since it's down right now . And you're right , maybe if I get rich one day , I'd invest into other curriences . Steem has always been my favorite and I have high hopes for it . Thank you for the advice , I'm going to look into Dash

personally, i like Dash, because it has been good to me. Steem though has been best to me, so i am powering up all extra.

Shameless plug that might help you...I blog about crypto and have some possibly helpful links over at Metacoin. We try to "eat our own dog food" over there, so we experiment with a variety of sites, platforms, and approaches to crypto.

Congratulations dear friend @journeyoflife for that decision, much deserved by the day.
Lots of luck in what I'm going to undertake.
Have a great day.
