I am a wisher and this is due to early exposure to fantasy TV Shows, fairy tales and my active imagination.
Through the years I have learned to use my wishes more consciously

Feel free to share if you are a good wisher and what wishes came true for you, I will be sharing some hard evidences of how my wishes came true

Some of my chilhood wishes that came true...

  • I guess it was not a coincidence that when a new neighbour moved next door they brought a playmate exactly my age right?
  • That when my father was away for a while he brought me a pasalubong (snack)
  • That when I was auditioning for a dance group I got picked first
  • That during a Christmas party exchange gift I won the raffle and took home the cutest keychain in the world

You see I was watching fantasy shows and reading books of how my wishes will come true and I came across the following information:

I do not understand the logic but because I was young I really believed it. I was taught at a young age to say my wish at night, I was assured that being a good girl guarantees that my wish will come true - (PRAYING)

Then there was Alladin, the Wishmaster, the Fairy godmothers... I find limitations weird, 3 wishes why only 3?

I prayed to God every night I wish that all my wishes will come true

  • I wanted to find money on the sidewalk ... which means someone lost their money
  • I don't ever want to see that scary dog when I pass by that house... it got hit by a car
  • I hope I get picked to be a leader in my class ...I became a leader which means I had to be responsible for many things, keep the class quiet, help teacher check the test papers, help clean up, asked to ran errands for teachers etc..

Enjoying Boracay while broke (it was my 1st time to go there)

After some thought and looking back most of my wishes are nonsense and I don't understand why I wished them, when I was younger I don't know what I don't know. I was coming from a background of being deprived to party, to go out, to be exposed to different things, to travel and to appreciate my beauty. Due to my financial status, I have to work multiple part time jobs and gigs to earn extra income and yes entertainment and free stuff are my only consolations. Looking back at those I know, I wished it because I never thought was possible for those things to happen for me... and every time something came true I realise how powerful my wishes are. It may be magic, it may be divine intervention, it may be the universe, or it could be my powerful mind that make it happen.

I learned to be more careful about my wishes after I realized that I did wish to stop partying too much, start being responsible, stop all the unnecessary spending of resources (time, money and energy) and be more family oriented again. I did not expect that something unfortunate would happen....my father got into an accident that almost crushed his skull, and broke his leg, thigh and ankle I did not wish for that incident but it cause a ripple effect and awakening

After that, whenever I make a wish, or set my intentions, or pray, I was MORE specific and I say that I hope no negativity comes my way (or people I care about)because of this wish.

So what is the point?
Because I tend to make our wishes too simple... too generic... too superficial
I used my energy for all these stuff on my photos and looking back I don't understand why I used my resources for those

Do I regret this?
NOT AT ALL!

I had fun
I was young

I met so many friends along the way and I know it is all part of the process to understand that no matter how weird, silly simple or grand our wishes can be it can really happen.

So do I really believe that wishes come true because we wished it?

I believe it comes true because we made it happen :)

  1. SET INTENTION
  2. THINK ABOUT IT REGULARLY, VISUALIZE, IMAGINE IT HAPPENING
  3. CREATE SMALL STEPS THAT LEAD TO THAT WISH
  4. TELL EVERYONE ABOUT IT
  5. CLAIM IT AND INSPIRE OTHERS TO MAKE THEIRS HAPPEN

So Today I am setting intention to visit Europe specifically Paris for the museums and Eiffel tower and Netherlands for the Tulips. This may seem too big for me because if I tell my closest friends or family members they will all laugh at me and think I am kidding. It is expensive and it would seem like a waste of hard earned money, I don't think it is... for someone like me who has never been out of South East Asia this is really big deal. For the next parts I will be creating update posts and see how this new WISH pans out

And if there are people here who are thinking of the same thing, who has done it before, or would give me tips feel free to reply. Any comment, suggestions, and reaction is SUPER Welcome

Or if you hate my formatting or writing style I take feedback as a gift and I will implement it right away on the next one

Thank you for reading the long post and sorry if there was too much of my face on this one :)
