I am not a meat person, but once in awhile I love to have a delicious piece of nicely prepared chicken. This time I decided to make some drumsticks! As usual, I always marinate meat for a few hours before cooking. I combined sweet mesquite seasoning with barbecue sauce, salt and black pepper, as well as dry sriracha seasoning (I love spicy food), and a touch of tso sauce (just because I guess, and it’s not necessary). I marinated the thoroughly cleaned drumsticks for two hours, and then baked/roasted in the oven. Turned out really really tender and tasty! Love it!
