Once upon a time in a remote town there was an artisan, he worked wood and his name was Jorge. He was the one who supported his home with his wooden workshop, Jorge made some beautiful and very elaborate miniature tricycles that were sold as an ornament or toy for children since it was functional.

Jorge had been living on his toys for several years, but this work only gave him to feed his family and Jorge wanted to turn his workshop into a place where he could give employment to his neighbors, who, like him, were low-income. The craftsman decided to go from store to store and house to house promoting and selling his toys.

Despite the fact that his toys were very well made without any flaws, he continued to make money only for the food of his family. A day tired of so much effort and few fruits he set out to create a new idea to grow his business.

Jorge had a very good idea, he decided to make his tricycles on a larger scale so that the children could ride them. This idea brought several buyers to Jorge to his workshop, so he decided to hire a seller who went from town to town selling his wooden works of art. I also hire an assistant because it was too much work for one man.

One night Jorge who lived very close to his workshop heard someone knocking on his door very loudly. Jorge got up from his bed and went to see what was happening, to his surprise was a neighbor who came to tell him that his workshop was on fire, he did not hesitate to run to see what was happening and when he arrived Much of his workshop was on fire.

Jorge could not believe it and asked himself "Why me?", But he could not do anything since the flames completely consumed the workshop and he burst into tears when he saw all the work of his life reduced to ashes. The very disappointed by his losses did not let himself collapse and decided to go to the bank to request a loan and thus rebuild his workshop and continue with his dream.

The bank disbursed his money and Jorge reopened his workshop a few weeks later with much encouragement, his work continued very well for a few months and he continued to employ his seller and workshop assistant. Unfortunately, his article was no longer sold as there were complaints that his product deteriorated over the course of several months despite the fact that it was made from very good wood. Jorge decided to rethink his product and changed the material with which he created his tricycles and decided to change it for metal tubes, he also reformed his tricycles so that they could also be used by adults.

He turned his tricycles into bicycles, to his surprise his product was widely accepted and began to be marketed on a large scale, to the point of taking his product throughout the country and turning his small workshop into a large factory. With the creation of his factory, he was able to give employment to all the people in his town and became a very successful man without losing his humility.
