I introduced a similar approach with the Steemit Philippines community, where we encourage new people to sign up on Steemit but include a QR code. We know how people think nowadays where convenience is a priority, most of us are lazy just to memorize or even just copy paste a word just to search steemit, also i think qr code sometimes triggers people curiosity thinking that if it works.

PROBLEMS THAT NEEDS TO BE SOLVED
Visibility of quality posts or authors, content creators.
People quit Steemit because they are dissatisfied with the lack of votes of quality content.
SOLUTION
🔎Create a Hunter's Community🔎

What is the Hunter's Community? It is essentially an independently or separate community whose goal is to discover and evaluate quality material across all Steemit.com groups. Hunter's Community should be supported by a huge steemcurators or steemit team as one of the pillars of steemit. This, I believe, will be larger than Steemit Crypto Academy. To begin, at least ten moderators (my assumption), preferably of diverse countries, will be required to remove bias judgment.

Who are the hunters now? Hunters can be any user on Steemit, whether new or veteran, and regardless of their steem power.
Hunters will need to seek various communities for undervalued quality content. How does this work? Essentially, you will express your thoughts on the entire content and submit them in the Hunter's Community. The Hunter must provide a detailed evaluation of how and why the picked posts deserved a lot of steemit support.
To discourage spamming, hunters can only submit one post review each day.

Ano ang Komunidad ng Hunter? Ito ay mahalagang independiyente o hiwalay na komunidad na ang layunin ay tuklasin at suriin ang kalidad ng materyal sa lahat ng grupo ng Steemit.com. Ang Hunter's Community ay dapat na suportado ng napakalaking steemcurators o steemit team bilang isa sa mga haligi ng steemit. Ito, naniniwala ako, ay mas malaki kaysa sa Steemit Crypto Academy. These were my prior contributions to the Steemit promotion, where we literally sign up new members every week, as well as the contest that we were conducting at the time. Sir @rme has created a fantastic startup community that I believe will increase steemit engagement, including new signups and investors. We in the Philippines community also required whale assistance in order to keep our new members. I also planned to restart all of these initiatives with the help of Steemit and investors such as sir @hungry-griffin.
