Relax The Back - Power House Creatives Contest: The Best Thing I Ever Bought

You may remember last year that I needed a device to help with my lower back pain and tension in my neck. I wrote to Santa, and his elves began working on a unique Christmas gift that would help. Unfortunate circumstances occurred at his Workshop that forced him to outsource my gift to an U.S. company who finished designing the product.

After discussing my order with the company, I learned that I would have to pay a processing, shipping, and handling fee for their services. Anyway, a week before Christmas my box arrived. I had been anxiously awaiting it's arrival. At the same time, @zord held a contest for a gift.
