Contest Results: Respond To These WH Questions: When and Why Did You Find Steemit And How Do You See Steemit So Far
There were a total of 21 entries in this contest. The contest sought to find out where and when you found steemit and how you see steemit so far in your steem journey". The contest was a very engaging one which was authored by @sarkodieeric1 and posted by me. At the end of the contest, @ruthjoe became the winner with a very detailed and wonderful entry. All the participants did well also.
Share With Us Your Favorite Activity Of The Week
Again, the other contests were organized in a week . This particular contest was to add engagement and activeness to the platform as well. It was an engagement diarygame that required steemians to share with us their favorite activity of the week. Not many entries were received but it also made the platform a lively one. Four entries were submitted for this contest. Only one winner was taken for this particular contest.

Steem Ghana Outstanding Steemian Initiative
This initiative has existed in the platform for four weeks now. It tasks steemians to stay consistent and engaging on the platform and also a steemian who frequently power up. @analem has won this for two times since its inception. Currently, he is the outstanding steemian on the platform and receives 5 steem as a reward. This initiative has helped to uplift the activeness and engagement on the platform.

It is important to note that, with the additional steem power added to my own, I am doing everything right to vote on almost all the posts of steemians on the platform. I support members always with my steem power by voting. Aside that, I also urge them to frequently stay engaging and to support the club initiative and also to give support to the outstanding steemian challenge.
With regards to the area of Plagiarism, the country reps together with our new moderators are doing possible best to check on the platform. Steemians are complying with this initiative gradually. We look forward to encouraging steemians to always share original content and also make references if they consulted sources.

The Steem Ghana Community account is being used rightly to support members in the community. We use it to support the booming we have. Aside voting, it is also used to comment and encourage members to frequently stay engaging. It is also used to conduct contests and the outstanding steemian initiative.

Power ups are always essential since it supports the club initiatives. It helps to grow the steem power one has. I always make sure to comment under posts on the community to make sure that steemians always power up to support the club initiatives.
We now have two moderators for the platform @rubilu123 and @abu78 who are to help with the community business. Together they are helping to take away labels that are irrelevant on the platform and also check on clubs and voting requirements. We look forward to increase activeness on the platform through organising engagements in the community. Also we look forward to increase engagement activities on the platform.
A very big thank you to every who is supporting the steemit business and encouraging growth. Let us all come together to support activities on the platform. This is a great work from you as a CR, you really impacting Steem Ghana community with positive initiatives ever since you become a CR and gradually I see the activeness of members increasing with time. Yet another great report from the various activities you have carried out as a country rep. Your work as a country rep is getting better and better, the initiatives are working, the joy is ongoing in the community and most importantly engagement has begin to increase.
